Key Responsibilities

  • •Set up and operate conventional machines and NC/CNC automatic chucking machines to perform turning, drilling, tapping, boring, reaming, threading, milling, and related operations.
  • •Load parts into chucks/fixtures/loading devices, initiate machining cycles, remove machined parts, and maintain speeds/feeds as prescribed.
  • •Adjust, change, and reset tooling to maintain specified dimensions; make periodic checks using fixed/adjustable gauges and visual inspections.
  • •Maintain equipment and work area cleanliness; perform Total Preventative Maintenance (TPM) and 5-S activities.
  • •Assist with troubleshooting machining/control malfunctions, support material replenishment, and maintain accurate records.

  • •Minimum 1 year of previous work experience in CNC operation.
