Lead the store team to deliver outstanding consumer experiences and drive sales at HEYDUDE. Assist with daily retail operations including POS system management, stock room replenishment, pricing/markdowns, loyalty promotion, and maintaining cleanliness standards. Partner with the Store Manager to coordinate and prioritize tasks across teams, model best practices, and ensure asset protection and compliance initiatives are followed. Serve as a brand ambassador by sharing product and brand updates with consumers.
