Customer Service Operations Representative (Ventura)

Own the delivery experience end-to-end by coordinating logistics from booking through successful drop-off. Provide best-in-class support to customers and drivers via chat and phone, and communicate with pickup/drop-off contacts to ensure smooth completion. Use operational feedback to spot pain points and help optimize logistics, while collaborating with the Customer Operations team in a fast-paced environment.
