Job Summary

Own COO functional KPIs and drive performance turnarounds when metrics deviate. Lead OKR and budgeting cycles, including governance, planning timelines, and variance analysis to enable faster course-correction. Translate strategy into integrated business planning and operating cadence, define KPIs, and support board/executive reporting. Also lead cross-functional special projects and advance AI adoption to replace manual reporting and improve team productivity.

Key Responsibilities

•Own visibility of COO functional KPIs across functions and markets, surfacing risks/opportunities early and driving turnarounds when metrics deviate.
•Lead OKR and budgeting cycles, tracking performance, analyzing variances, and improving governance and planning timelines.
•Translate vision into executable strategy via annual/multi-year planning and competitive analysis.
•Own integrated business planning (strategy → budget → OKRs → P&T roadmaps) and drive operating cadence with owners, timelines, accountability, and reviews.
•Lead cross-functional strategic special projects and support COO with board/executive reporting, plus drive AI adoption within performance teams.

Key Requirements

•3+ years in strategy, consulting, operations, or performance management, ideally in tech or a fast-paced consumer business.
•Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decisions.
•Stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration; ability to communicate clearly and turn complexity into actionable outputs.
•Experience with financial modelling and PnL analysis.
•Experience using SQL, BigQuery, Looker, and Tableau.
