Job Summary

Define and execute global people strategy across key functions by partnering with executive and senior business leaders. Lead workforce planning, talent and leadership development, performance management, succession planning, and employee engagement. Collaborate with HR Centres of Excellence and regional HR teams to deliver integrated people solutions using workforce analytics and organisational insights.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as a strategic advisor to senior and executive leaders, shaping people strategies that drive business performance and long-term growth.
•Partner with business leaders to design and deliver talent strategies across workforce planning, succession planning, leadership development, performance management, and employee engagement.
•Lead organisational design and effectiveness initiatives to align structures and ways of working with evolving business priorities and future growth.
•Drive large-scale transformation, organisational change, and restructuring initiatives with measurable, sustainable outcomes.
•Provide leadership and governance across the employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance with HR policies and legal requirements, and leverage workforce analytics to guide decisions.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related discipline.
•10+ years of progressive HR experience, including significant HR business partnering experience supporting senior executives and global organisations.
•Proven success leading people strategies in complex, matrixed, fast-growing multinational environments.
•Deep expertise in organisational design, talent management, succession planning, leadership development, and change management.
•Strong commercial acumen and experience using workforce analytics to inform strategic decisions.
