Job Summary

Perform exploratory and logistics-focused data analysis to uncover trends, inefficiencies, and cost optimization opportunities. Analyze small-parcel rate cards across UPS, FedEx, and DHL, build scalable data pipelines with Databricks and other data engineering tools, and use Alteryx for transformations and automation. Develop dashboards for logistics KPIs, integrate APIs with carrier/logistics systems, and support agentic and generative AI enablement for workflow automation.

•Analyze small parcel rate cards across UPS, FedEx, and DHL to support cost optimization and carrier selection strategies.
•Build and maintain scalable data pipelines using Databricks and other data engineering tools.
•Use Alteryx to perform complex data transformations and workflow automation.
•Develop and maintain dashboards to visualize logistics KPIs, cost drivers, and performance metrics for actionable insights.
•Integrate APIs with logistics vendors and carrier/TMS/Freight Audit systems, and lead agentic/genAI initiatives using Azure and Snowflake Cortex agents.

Key Requirements

•Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Analytics, Data Science, or related field, plus two (2) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience.
•Two (2) years of experience with Databricks, Alteryx, and SQL.
•Experience applying data engineering principles using cloud-based data platforms.
•Two (2) years of experience with API systems and real-time system connectivity.
•Experience identifying productivity opportunities and building analytical solutions using recommendation engines.
