  • •Timely oversee the production line status (tool, WIP) and cooperate for best production performance (output, cycle time).
  • •Analyze production-related data and provide strategies dynamically to achieve production KPI goals.
  • •Drive continuous improvement initiatives such as workload reduction, lost time RPT, OI scheduling, and Q-time control.
  • •Establish and modify process management projects.
  • •Conduct abnormal analysis and improvement, managing multiple tasks concurrently and guiding priority by timeline.
