•Assist with the setup and maintenance of franchise billing and royalty rate data, and support the review of franchise revenue reports.
•Support daily revenue loads, routine corrections, and billing validations following standard operating procedures.
•Identify and support cases requiring manual billing by gathering data, calculating billing amounts under guidance, and entering transactions in Oracle AR.
•Assist in generating system based monthly accruals and support preparation of billing or accrual adjustments for predefined scenarios.
•Receive, log, and classify billing inquiries, validate basic information, and route cases to the appropriate teams for resolution.

•Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field

•Strong organizational and documentation skills; ability to follow defined procedures and approval workflows
•Fluency in English and Spanish, with the ability to support cross regional operations
