Retail Loss Mitigation Specialist-PT

Work in the Special Assets Department supporting collections and recovery for past-due consumer and small business lending accounts. You will contact delinquent borrowers by phone and letter, review account data to prioritize and evaluate payments, resolve misapplied payments, and recommend actions prior to charge-off to minimize loan loss. Maintain accurate records in the Collection System and support customer satisfaction through problem resolution, while mentoring other collections team members.
