Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare outgoing domestic and overseas shipments to meet customer, carrier, and company specifications.
  • •Process shipping paperwork and complete required data processing for domestic and overseas shipments.
  • •Consolidate downloads, build skids, manage routing changes, and ensure correct labeling and job-number documentation.
  • •Run cycle counts of packaged product using an RF scanner (including using Raymond to reach rack locations).
  • •Perform daily system and paperwork updates for carrier pickup schedules, charges, and freight invoicing; file downloads and print PSCAN reports when needed.
