Associate, Client Service

Support advisor teams and clients by managing account operations, including onboarding, custodial inquiries, and ongoing account maintenance. Handle asset movement requests (checks, wires, ACH, journals), assist with retirement account rollovers and reconciliations, and contribute to separately managed account processing and offboarding. Provide proactive client communication, ensure accuracy and timeliness of custodian work, and maintain compliance logs while learning required systems and procedures.
