Key Responsibilities

  • •Travel to client locations to diagnose, maintain, and repair Lucid vehicles in the field.
  • •Act as a Service Advisor and perform parts department duties, including ordering, returns, and inventory management.
  • •Document vehicle interactions using the appropriate software suite and follow repair order documentation procedures.
  • •Perform walk-around inspections and accurately capture customer concerns for diagnosis and repair, including estimating primary concern.
  • •Invoice and collect payment, handle customer service tasks (calls/phones, scheduling, repair-status updates), and support the service center based on demand.
