Job Function: Marketing & Growth

Key Responsibilities

•Drive CRM & Lifecycle Strategy: Develop, execute, and optimize end-to-end customer lifecycle journeys (activation, engagement, retention, win-back) to maximize customer lifetime value.
•Lead Marketing Automation Initiatives: Design and scale initiatives to automate marketing operations and drive efficiency and scalability across campaigns; lead central Martech projects.
•Oversee Content & Messaging: Drive content strategy for CRM campaigns with compelling, personalized copy across push, email, in-app, and SMS.
•Optimize Channel Performance: Monitor marketing channels, identify improvements, and intervene to optimize delivery and engagement.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data, content, and creative strategies with regional business goals.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (equivalent experience accepted).
•Proven experience blending Martech, CRM lifecycle management, and content strategy.
•Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., Braze, Clevertap, Moengage) and familiarity with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and multi-channel analytics.
•Excellent copywriting and content management skills with ability to craft customer-centric messaging that drives action.
•Proficiency in dashboards using Tableau/Power BI and experience with SQL, Python, ETL pipelines, and data warehousing.
