Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure assigned client infrastructure is configured, installed, tested, and operational.
  • •Install and configure solution software according to client requirements.
  • •Proactively identify and log technical incidents/problems with required detail; investigate alerts and determine root cause using knowledge articles.
  • •Respond to and diagnose alerts; escalate to L2 Field Engineer when not resolved within the stipulated time.
  • •Provide first-line remote and onsite technical support and first-line field engineering services, including incident updates and vendor escalation when necessary.

Key Requirements

  • •Entry level experience in Collaboration technologies such as call managers, voice gateways, call recording, scripting, messaging, VOIP, and IP telephony.
  • •Entry level experience in technical support to clients and providing remote support in collaboration technologies.
  • •Entry level experience in diagnosis and troubleshooting.
  • •Entry level experience in relevant technologies including Cisco product stack and SBCs such as AudioCodes and Oracle, CUBEs, and Webex Calling.
  • •Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Information Technology/Computing or related field, plus associate-level certifications in data centre and networking technologies (e.g., CCNA DC).
