Job Summary

Provide first-line remote and/or onsite technical support and field engineering services to clients by proactively identifying, logging, and resolving infrastructure and incident issues. Manage standard and low-complexity incidents, investigate alerts and root causes using knowledge articles, coordinate with stakeholders/carriers/vendors, and ensure timely incident updates to maintain zero missed SLA conditions. Configure and verify client infrastructure and related software as required.

Key Responsibilities

•Ensure assigned client infrastructure is configured, installed, tested, and operational.
•Install and configure solution software according to client requirements.
•Proactively identify and log technical incidents/problems with required detail; investigate alerts and determine root cause using knowledge articles.
•Respond to and diagnose alerts; escalate to L2 Field Engineer when not resolved within the stipulated time.
•Provide first-line remote and onsite technical support and first-line field engineering services, including incident updates and vendor escalation when necessary.

Key Requirements

•Entry level experience in Collaboration technologies such as call managers, voice gateways, call recording, scripting, messaging, VOIP, and IP telephony.
•Entry level experience in technical support to clients and providing remote support in collaboration technologies.
•Entry level experience in diagnosis and troubleshooting.
•Entry level experience in relevant technologies including Cisco product stack and SBCs such as AudioCodes and Oracle, CUBEs, and Webex Calling.
•Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Information Technology/Computing or related field, plus associate-level certifications in data centre and networking technologies (e.g., CCNA DC).
