Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead ASME proposal efforts by aligning stakeholders and communicating customer, market, and BD strategy insights.
  • •Own end-to-end proposal execution from pre-RFP planning through submission and closeout.
  • •Drive cross-functional proposal teams to deliver compliant, high-quality submissions on schedule.
  • •Manage multiple workstreams and competing priorities across WPs, RFIs, ROMs, and other deliverables.
  • •Support customer meetings, demonstrations, and GTM events as needed, including briefing and presentation development.

Key Requirements

  • •2-4+ years of experience in US federal or international government proposal development or BD operations.
  • •3+ years working with US Federal or International government requirements if you don’t have direct proposal experience.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in business, communication, marketing, engineering, or equivalent experience, with a strong academic record.
  • •Experience with proposal methodologies (e.g., Shipley), compliance matrices, and implementing project management tools and processes.
  • •Ability to communicate complex, technical ideas effectively (oral and written) and collaborate flexibly across teams.
