Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain accurate daily inventory control and accountability for products and customer inventories within terminals.
  • •Assess daily inventory to ensure adequate space for upcoming receipts and sufficient inventory for anticipated liftings out of the terminal.
  • •Monitor and coordinate customer product nominations and receipts on an ongoing daily basis.
  • •Ensure allocated capacity and contracted tank space are available according to contractual obligations with customers.
  • •Coordinate with PPL field operations and quality control to maintain product quality integrity and resolve customer schedule/inventory issues, including notifications beyond normal hours.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma (or equivalent).
  • •Good analytical and computer skills with strong problem-solving ability.
  • •Conceptual planning skills to recognize variables and impact on efficient schedules.
  • •Effective written and oral communication skills in English.
  • •Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and be insurable by the company insurance carrier.
