  • •Oversee GhostEye program scope, budget, and schedule, integrating sub-products into a complete radar set product.
  • •Lead a cross-functional team across Engineering, Operations, Integrated Supply Chain, and Quality to drive hardware development and production.
  • •Implement and apply EVMS and risk/opportunity management to track and balance performance against customer schedule requirements.
  • •Plan, budget, and track cost and schedule; regularly review program status with Engineering and program leadership.
  • •Support technical execution through transition to production, leading design release into production and advising leadership based on risk/constraints.
