Job Summary

Lead the GhostEye program for a multi-mission medium-range sensor, overseeing scope, budget, and schedule across multiple products. Partner with Engineering, Operations, Integrated Supply Chain, and Quality to drive hardware development and production transition, including design release into production. Own earned value management and risk/opportunity management, perform regular program status reviews, and communicate technical and cost issues with senior leadership and internal/external customers.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee GhostEye program scope, budget, and schedule, integrating sub-products into a complete radar set product.
•Lead a cross-functional team across Engineering, Operations, Integrated Supply Chain, and Quality to drive hardware development and production.
•Implement and apply EVMS and risk/opportunity management to track and balance performance against customer schedule requirements.
•Plan, budget, and track cost and schedule; regularly review program status with Engineering and program leadership.
•Support technical execution through transition to production, leading design release into production and advising leadership based on risk/constraints.

Key Requirements

•Degree in STEM and typically 10+ years of relevant experience (or an advanced degree with 7+ years).
•8+ years of experience in mechanical design.
•Experience leading and participating in design, development, and production activities.

•Experience with earned value management (EVMS) and program management skills.
