Human Centered Change Senior Manager- Public Sector

Lead human-centered change and service delivery excellence across Salesforce Professional Services engagements for public sector customers. Serve as a trusted advisor, perform change impact/readiness/barrier analyses, and develop and execute holistic change strategies with measurable program success metrics. Drive stakeholder alignment, communication and training planning, and integrate human-centered service design, behavior change science, and Design Thinking into scalable roadmaps. Coach leaders and guide change execution using AI-enabled tools.
