Key Responsibilities

•Define platform strategy and roadmap for the AI-driven efficiency platform, aligning priorities across silicon design, methodology, validation, and applied AI teams.
•Own end-to-end delivery of the platform from design to production, ensuring security, reliability, and performance.
•Drive platform-wide decisions including orchestration, authentication/authorization, observability, SLA enforcement, and storage/caching strategies.
•Serve as the technical authority for AI-driven infrastructure, set engineering standards, and mentor senior engineers.
•Identify gaps and opportunities in AI infrastructure tooling, evaluate emerging technologies, and contribute learnings back to the organization.

Key Requirements

•12+ years of hands-on experience designing and operating production-grade platform or backend infrastructure.
•5+ years of direct ML infrastructure experience, including ownership of a model serving platform or latency-sensitive backend service.
•Demonstrated track record of setting technical direction and leading initiatives across multiple teams.
•Strong Python skills and proficiency in at least one compiled language (C/C++, Go, Java, or Rust).
•Hands-on experience with job queues and sandboxed execution (Kubernetes Jobs, Celery/Sidekiq/Temporal, container runtimes with resource isolation).
