Key Responsibilities

•Develop and maintain integration components across IAM/IGA platforms with an emphasis on SailPoint IdentityIQ.
•Build and tune aggregation connectors (REST, SOAP, JDBC, AD/LDAP) and implement schema discovery, entitlement modeling, correlation logic, and provisioning policies.
•Create Java-based components (rules, plugins, workflows, JAR modules) and design connector-level error handling, retry logic, and reconciliation tuning.
•Build identity data flows across SQL Server and/or Oracle, including schema mapping, attribute transformations, and troubleshooting data integrity issues.
•Implement Git-driven CI/CD workflows across DEV/IT/UAT/PROD, run tests (unit/SIT/UAT), and support IAM governance, compliance, and audit documentation.

Key Requirements

•4–7+ years of experience in IAM/IGA engineering roles.
•Hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (SailPoint IIQ).
•Strong Java engineering background (JDK 8+) including plugin, rule, and JAR development.
•Proficiency with SQL Server and/or Oracle and advanced understanding of relational identity data structures.
•Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, schema mapping, integration pipelines, and identity data constructs (accounts, entitlements, roles, policies).
