Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the single point of accountability for executing contracts across the contract lifecycle, including financial metrics and cross-functional leadership.
  • •Direct cross-functional IPTs to ensure cost, schedule, and technical performance, including EVMS baseline metrics, EACs, and the IMS.
  • •Drive program P&L with financial forecasting, Annual Operating Plan (AOP) commitments, and cash flow predictability across the contract lifecycle.
  • •Lead customer and stakeholder interface, including serving as primary point of contact and running formal Program Management Reviews (PMRs).
  • •Lead continuous risk and opportunity assessments, support proposal development (SOW/BOE/pricing), and align supply chain and operations readiness while ensuring compliance with phase-gate processes and contract terms.

Key Requirements

  • •Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced degree and minimum 5 years’ experience.
  • •Experience managing cost, schedule, and performance using program management tools such as EVMS, IMS, risk and opportunity management, and financial forecasting.
  • •Experience using EVMS/IMS/IMP and related business processes to manage program performance metrics.
  • •Program Management Level 5 certification (preferred) or ability to achieve within 1 year.
  • •Active Secret security clearance (preferred).
