Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead daily manufacturing operations to meet production schedules, quality standards, and business objectives.
  • •Ensure safety and compliance by enforcing adherence to cGMP regulations, SOPs, and environmental health and safety requirements.
  • •Supervise production performance (yields, throughput, cycle times) and identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • •Coach and develop production operators, including training, performance evaluations, and development planning.
  • •Support audits, inspections, investigations, CAPAs, and root-cause investigations; partner with Quality and Engineering/Maintenance on continuous improvement and equipment readiness.

Salary: USD 55,000 - 82,500 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in business, Life Sciences, Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
  • •Minimum 2+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing, pharmaceutical/biotech, medical devices, life sciences, or other regulated industries.
  • •Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, productivity metrics, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • •Excellent communication, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • •Must be able to speak, read, and write in English fluently.
