Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and mentor a multi-disciplinary IT team (5+ members) including developers, QA, data modelers, and product owners across global regions.
  • •Own end-to-end delivery of data and analytics initiatives in an HCM suite, covering HR Time and Payroll domains.
  • •Manage the data lifecycle and analytics roadmap, ensuring robust reporting and AI-driven automation.
  • •Oversee project and portfolio delivery, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality while maintaining awareness of infrastructure, security, and data privacy.
  • •Collaborate with senior leadership and stakeholders to define IT strategy and roadmaps, drive operational excellence, and manage vendor/stakeholder relationships.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of industry experience.
  • •Proven experience delivering data and analytics projects, including data architecture and analytics within a cloud environment.
  • •Desirable HR/Payroll (Human Capital Management) experience managing data-heavy HCM projects.
  • •Extensive project delivery experience, including conflict resolution and managing complex dependencies.
  • •Experience managing offshore/nearshore teams and navigating cross-time-zone, cross-cultural collaboration.
  • •Education: Bachelor’s degree preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or relevant experience.
