Job Summary

Lead a dynamic IT team to support the company’s technological infrastructure and strategic IT initiatives. Own end-to-end delivery for data and analytics initiatives within an HCM suite, spanning HR Time and Payroll domains. Manage project and portfolio delivery, drive scrum-based technical execution, and ensure reporting excellence, security, reliability, and data privacy. Partner with senior leadership and stakeholders across regions (including India and Mexico) to align technology roadmaps with business priorities.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and mentor a multi-disciplinary IT team (5+ members) including developers, QA, data modelers, and product owners across global regions.
•Own end-to-end delivery of data and analytics initiatives in an HCM suite, covering HR Time and Payroll domains.
•Manage the data lifecycle and analytics roadmap, ensuring robust reporting and AI-driven automation.
•Oversee project and portfolio delivery, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality while maintaining awareness of infrastructure, security, and data privacy.
•Collaborate with senior leadership and stakeholders to define IT strategy and roadmaps, drive operational excellence, and manage vendor/stakeholder relationships.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of industry experience.
•Proven experience delivering data and analytics projects, including data architecture and analytics within a cloud environment.
•Desirable HR/Payroll (Human Capital Management) experience managing data-heavy HCM projects.
•Extensive project delivery experience, including conflict resolution and managing complex dependencies.
•Experience managing offshore/nearshore teams and navigating cross-time-zone, cross-cultural collaboration.
•Education: Bachelor’s degree preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or relevant experience.
