•Ensure an outstanding candidate experience from first contact through the offer stage.
•Provide data-driven hiring insights, including salary benchmarking and market trends, to influence hiring decisions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: PLN 8,000 - 11,000 monthly

Key Requirements

•Background in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally in an agency or high-output environment.
•Strong sourcing skills with experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
•Experience using an ATS to manage candidate pipelines and track data.
•Ability to work independently in a dynamic, evolving environment.
•Ability to influence and collaborate with hiring managers and leadership.
