Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and grow a team of software engineers, including hiring, onboarding, coaching, career development, and regular 1:1s and check-ins.
  • •Own delivery against a quarterly plan and be accountable for reliability and performance of the services the team owns (uptime and latency).
  • •Review technical designs and code with deep understanding of the Metadata product area and architecture.
  • •Drive engineering quality by addressing incidents, bugs, tech debt, and post-mortems within SLA and metric targets.
  • •Partner with product and stakeholders to plan work, maintain a prioritized backlog, communicate engineering vision and impact, and ensure engineering processes are followed.
