Solutions Architect

Define and build complex solutions with enterprise customers as part of Customer Success and Box Consulting. Partner with sales and field teams to understand customer needs, envision future states, and drive Box platform adoption. Advise on applications such as custom document vaults, large-scale migrations, and integrations (including CRM). Lead pre-sales scoping, create solution documentation, and help deliver repeatable technical architectures that align to customer strategy.
