•Proven ability to lead technical delivery and manage complex, large-scale infrastructure projects, while adapting to client and stakeholder needs
•Strong stakeholder management, coordination and leadership capabilities with effective communication and problem-solving skills
•Construction delivery knowledge and understanding
•Knowledge of ITS design and advanced knowledge of engineering/design software such as AutoCAD, 12d, OpenRoads or Civil 3D
