【Workplace Consultant】Occupier & Retail - Senior Professional

Lead the strategic planning and advisory phase of office relocation and workplace transformation projects, translating research and analytics into a clear workplace vision and ways of working. Collaborate with executive leadership, HR, Corporate Real Estate/Facilities, and IT to conduct workplace assessments, facilitate workshops, and develop workplace requirements and design briefs. After requirements are finalized, ensure a smooth handover to the Project Management team and support post-occupancy evaluation for continuous improvement.
