Job Summary

Support instructors and learners as new programs are launched and scaled in Colombia. Oversee day-to-day learning and teaching operations, including escalation for learner issues, daily program schedules, cohort portfolio management, and maintaining LMS quality as the CCC for Colombia (Canvas). Set up and review program data systems to inform improvements, and onboard/upskill instructors and mentors to deliver the online Generation curriculum. Build instructor communities of practice and continuous improvement loops.

Key Responsibilities

•Support learning and teaching operations by overseeing day-to-day program delivery and escalating learner issues (attendance, engagement, assessment/learning outcomes, professionalism) with instructors and mentors.
•Plan and design daily program schedules in Colombia and manage a portfolio of cohorts to meet course completion, learning outcomes, and job readiness targets.
•Serve as the CCC for Colombia by ensuring LMS (Canvas) maintenance and quality, including updated content and assessment frameworks.
•Set up and review systems to collect and analyze program data, communicate progress to stakeholders, and design interventions/support to improve outcomes.
•Onboard and upskill instructors and mentors to deliver the online Generation curriculum, supporting instructor professional development and communities of practice.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in any field with a solid academic record.
•1-3 years of experience leading and managing education-related programs (teaching experience in online environments is desirable).
•Fluent Spanish and advanced written and spoken English.
•Experience managing relationships and communicating with diverse stakeholders (e.g., training delivery partners, donors, or employers).
•Experience using a Learner Management System (LMS) or equivalent, and analyzing data to draw conclusions and plan strategically.
