Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink.
  • •Investigate and identify root causes of inventory accuracy issues and escalate process/system gaps.
  • •Support key operational functions including shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
  • •Maintain and champion strong visual standards for the sales floor.
  • •Support safe, efficient operations through strong stockroom standards and processes, and move dynamically on the retail floor to meet business/team/guest needs.

Key Requirements

  • •Preferred experience in a client-centric, sales and operations environment.
  • •Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.
  • •Ability to lift, push, carry, or otherwise move up to 50 pounds (22.7 kg).
  • •Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl, twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder.
  • •Proof of a valid residence and work permit.
