Job Summary

Serve as a technical leader for the design, implementation, and sustainment of secure, scalable cloud-native platforms for mission-critical applications. Own DevOps/DevSecOps architecture, establish DevSecOps standards, and guide infrastructure modernization. Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Terraform, and Kubernetes-based deployments. Mentor engineering teams, perform architecture and code reviews, troubleshoot complex issues, and partner with government stakeholders to deliver resilient, automated, cloud-first solutions.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as the technical authority for DevOps and DevSecOps architecture across multiple projects.
•Lead design, implementation, and continuous improvement of secure, scalable cloud-native platforms across the service lifecycle.
•Design, implement, and maintain enterprise CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps standards/governance.
•Build automation and orchestration across development, testing, and production environments, including IaC and Kubernetes deployments.
•Monitor platform performance/security and troubleshoot complex infrastructure and application issues while mentoring engineers and partnering with government stakeholders.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 240,000 - 280,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Active Top Secret (TS) clearance with the ability to obtain or maintain TS/SCI eligibility.
•10+ years of progressive experience designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise DevOps and DevSecOps environments, serving as a technical lead/SME.
•5+ years designing and deploying cloud-native solutions within Amazon Web Services (AWS).
•Extensive experience building CI/CD pipelines using GitLab (or similar technologies).
•Extensive experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, Kustomize, container security/vulnerability scanning, and Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
