Partner with Reddit’s senior Sales leadership to shape high-priority revenue growth strategy and translate it into scalable operating models. Lead initiatives including Sales Compass (seller incentives and measurable behaviors) and the Sales Operating System (workflows, playbooks, and guidance to improve advertiser outcomes). Drive cross-functional alignment across Sales, Revenue Strategy & Operations, Enablement, Product, and Finance using data rigor, measurement frameworks, experimentation, and change management.

Key Responsibilities

•Advise Sales leadership on Reddit’s highest-priority commercial opportunities using data-driven insights and first-principles thinking.
•Design and evolve operating models, governance, and execution frameworks that bridge strategy and execution.
•Build cross-functional alignment across Sales, Revenue Strategy & Operations, Enablement, Product, Finance, and other teams.
•Establish success metrics and performance frameworks to measure business impact and seller effectiveness.
•Lead strategic initiatives from ambiguous early-stage concepts to scalable operating models, then transition ownership to program managers.

Key Requirements

•4+ years in Strategy & Operations, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Management Consulting, or Product Strategy.
•Advanced proficiency with data manipulation using Google Sheets and Excel, with the ability to work independently on large datasets.
•Comfort with data infrastructure, including interpreting SQL or using AI development tools to prompt and generate queries.
•Track record leading high-impact, cross-functional strategic initiatives with measurable business outcomes.
•Bachelor’s degree required; experience partnering with senior leadership to solve complex problems and influence decisions.
