Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, develop, test, release, and provide trouble support for automated material handling systems (MCS, AMHS Baserv, AMAT APF).
  • •Design, develop, test, release, and provide trouble support for reporting systems (Data Navigator, Reporting Services).
  • •Comply with Micron IT processes and procedures (ITIL).
  • •Provide 24x7 on-call support in rotation (about 1 week per 4 weeks).
  • •Partner with engineering teams to troubleshoot issues and support systems for internal customers.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s/Bachelor’s degree related to computer science or engineering.
  • •Database (Oracle) knowledge and SQL skills.
  • •Software development experience with Perl, Shell scripting, and C++.
  • •Linux/Windows operations skills.
  • •Ability to troubleshoot complex problems and communicate in English with other sites and internal customers.
