  • •Partner with global business partners to deliver cross-border and/or cross-currency eCommerce solutions.
  • •Drive the MCCY transformation strategy, streamlining merchant onboarding and usage experience.
  • •Identify merchant pain points and use competitive landscape insights to evolve MCCY features and capabilities.
  • •Manage and continuously improve end-to-end processes using feedback, metrics, and benchmarking.
  • •Translate complex business processes into consumable steps for internal customer groups and support GMNS initiatives for MCCY success.
