Build trusted relationships with consumer and business customers by engaging them in person, by appointment, and virtually. Assess banking needs, gather and process customer/account information, and recommend deposit and loan solutions aligned to each customer’s goals. Provide an optimal client experience through greeting, basic transaction processing, and self-service/digital product education. Work with branch teams, open accounts, complete service requests, and submit credit applications while maintaining accuracy and operational excellence.
