•Research and respond to complex inquiries related to client onboarding, documentation, CITS services, and operational processes.
•Support high-quality interim solutions across teams or multi-location models for CITS, client servicing teams, or clients.
•Provide leadership developing, implementing, and administering change that supports strategic goals.
•Offer consultative oversight and expert advice on operational capabilities to client servicing teams, project committees, and management.
•Operate independently with deep knowledge of the business unit/function and strategic program execution.

•In-depth functional and industry knowledge, with demonstrated ability to support large, cross-functional, technically difficult initiatives.

•A college/university degree and/or relevant proven work experience; related industry qualification (e.g., ACCA) is required/preferred.
