Key Responsibilities

  • •Research and respond to complex inquiries related to client onboarding, documentation, CITS services, and operational processes.
  • •Support high-quality interim solutions across teams or multi-location models for CITS, client servicing teams, or clients.
  • •Provide leadership developing, implementing, and administering change that supports strategic goals.
  • •Offer consultative oversight and expert advice on operational capabilities to client servicing teams, project committees, and management.
  • •Operate independently with deep knowledge of the business unit/function and strategic program execution.
