Drive the long-term growth and profitability of the European Online Marketplace channel within the European Digital Sales business. Own multi-year marketplace strategy, translate it into actionable plans with clear financial ambitions, and lead key partner accounts for forecasting, investment allocation, and risk mitigation. Manage performance against KPIs across sales, margin, inventory, and fulfillment, while aligning cross-functionally with eCommerce, Wholesale, Merchandising, Operations, Technology, and Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and implement multi-year growth strategies for the European Online Marketplace channel, aligning account roadmaps and investment priorities.
•Shape channel strategy across DTC, Wholesale, and Marketplace to drive growth, profitability, and brand equity.
•Lead and manage marketplace accounts with strategic partners, including forecasting, investment allocation, and risk mitigation.
•Define and execute trading and product propositions, ensuring aligned ranging, merchandise planning, and in-season execution.
•Own performance management and reporting against KPIs (net sales, margin, inventory, fulfillment) and collaborate with marketing on paid marketplace media and brand shop optimization.
