Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver personalised, evidence-informed health coaching to support sustainable behavioural change.
  • •Support digital health, remote monitoring, and chronic disease programme participation using relevant clinical/programme information and wearable/remote-monitoring data.
  • •Coordinate care, manage escalation, and protect patient safety by recognising concerns that require assessment beyond authorised scope.
  • •Drive engagement, quality, and programme performance through regular follow-up and monitoring of outcomes.
  • •Maintain professional practice through clinical governance and continuous development, building on the coaching model and escalation pathways provided by the line manager.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a recognised healthcare field relevant to the assigned Health Coach programme, meeting applicable UAE PQR requirements for the assigned licensing title.
  • •Recognised education/training in health coaching, behaviour change, motivational interviewing, or a related discipline; postgraduate qualification in a relevant specialty or health coaching credential is desired.
  • •Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience in health coaching, health education, patient engagement, lifestyle intervention, wellbeing, or a related healthcare environment.
  • •Experience delivering structured one-to-one and/or group behaviour-change interventions, including motivational interviewing, shared goal-setting, action planning, and relapse-prevention techniques.
  • •Experience supporting individuals through digital, telephone, video and/or in-person channels, documenting activity and confidentiality, and recognising/escalating clinical or patient-safety concerns through defined pathways.
