Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the conduit between field/customers and Product to ensure requirements are accurately translated both directions.
  • •Develop agent skills, references, and reference patterns to cover the most common customer requirements out of the box.
  • •Identify reusable patterns across many customer requirements and build once per pattern rather than for each instance.
  • •Translate between business requirements and technical capabilities to produce business outcomes without losing precision.
  • •Test builds against real customer requirements/environments and document/teach what you build so the field can use it without you.
