Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and own the Fleet Operations product strategy and roadmap.
  • •Manage a multi-surface roadmap spanning remote assistance, dispatch, and fleet management.
  • •Gather and synthesize customer and operator feedback to set priorities and scope milestones.
  • •Decompose product needs with Systems Engineering into requirements, test plans, and acceptance criteria.
  • •Serve as primary point of contact/SME, communicating product vision and status to stakeholders and customers.

Key Requirements

  • •BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • •5+ years of product management experience owning technically complex products end-to-end.
  • •Experience building operator-facing or operational tooling where reliability and real-time performance are critical.
  • •Proven ability to ship 0→1 products in a fast-paced environment.
  • •Exceptional communication and stakeholder management, including ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority.
