Key Responsibilities

  • •Champion safety and ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards
  • •Deliver production planning and drive operational performance through resource management and CI
  • •Manage and develop a team of approximately 40 employees, including performance, succession planning, and engagement
  • •Ensure compliance with GMP/HACCP/BRCGS and drive quality performance and corrective actions
  • •Lead Lean and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce waste, control costs, and support site strategy as part of SLT

Key Requirements

  • •Degree qualified in Engineering, Manufacturing, Food Science, Operations Management, or related discipline
  • •Recognised Health & Safety qualification
  • •Proven leadership experience managing large production teams in a manufacturing environment
  • •Significant production management experience in food, beverage, flavour, ingredient, chemical, or related process manufacturing
  • •Strong understanding of food safety and quality systems (GMP, HACCP, and related standards), plus experience driving continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing
