Key Responsibilities

  • •Define, establish, and stage data requirements for payroll scenarios and calculations, including testing employee demographics, wage structures, deductions, and tax rates.
  • •Conduct regression testing to ensure stability and quality using both manual testing and automated testing tools.
  • •Create, maintain, and update test cases based on team changes and modifications.
  • •Review and validate U.S. payroll calculations across different scenarios.
  • •Participate in the Agile development life cycle, report issues/defects, summarize testing status and risks, and help propose mitigations.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in the PEO industry with hands-on experience using common PEO software applications.
  • •Solid understanding of U.S. payroll and taxes to interpret and apply tax rules and troubleshoot issues.
  • •Create and maintain test cases based on product changes, including reviewing and validating U.S. payroll calculations for different scenarios.
  • •Ability to analyze payroll data and work comfortably with Excel and/or other data analysis tools.
  • •Preferably a college degree (or equivalent experience), ideally in Computer Science.
