Job Summary

Design and deploy data pipelines and infrastructure supporting a customer data platform. Work with analysts to optimize ingestion, build batch and streaming ETL/ELT workflows, and develop datasets across cloud data lakes such as AWS, Redshift, Starburst, and Snowflake. Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Marketing Technology teams to create audience segments, maintain Adobe Experience Platform segment/event/attribute rules, and improve customer-experience KPIs across the lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

•Deploy data pipelines and supporting infrastructure in both POC and production to enable Customer Data Platform initiatives.
•Optimize and troubleshoot ingestion into the Customer Data Platform using SQL, Python, and R.
•Develop datasets across data lakes including AWS, Red Shift, Starburst, and Snowflake.
•Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to build audience segments, gather data requirements, and support audience segmentation questions.
•Maintain and define segment, event, and attribute rule sets in Adobe Experience Platform and coordinate with Marketing Technology & Operations teams.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 137,696 - 203,100 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field, plus five (5) years of experience in the job offered or related role.
•Five (5) years of experience querying databases and building batch and streaming data pipelines.
•Five (5) years of experience integrating data and platforms and developing data sets using SQL, Python, or R.
•Five (5) years of experience with data transformation ETL/ELT and connecting customer contact data with account and product data.
•Experience deploying pipelines and infrastructure in both proof of concept (POC) and production environments.
