Staff Electrical Test Engineer, Manufacturing

Own end-to-end electrical module test strategy and execution for new product production launches in factory environments. Convert electrical requirements into test plans and coverage, specifying automated and manual test systems for PCBAs, modules, and finished products. Build and validate test fixtures, support production test troubleshooting and root-cause analysis, and drive continuous improvement in yield, cycle time, and cost. Develop work instructions and operator training while partnering with design and contract manufacturers.
