Job Summary

Lead and coordinate Edify’s Christ-centered education efforts across South America, providing strategic direction, coaching, and support to Program Leads and country teams. Own the alignment of training events to KPIs through curriculum and training design, ongoing monitoring, and data-informed prioritization. Establish regional objectives, strengthen school networks and PLCs, and communicate the CCE strategy using Edify’s tools while maintaining strong partner relationships.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide strategic direction, guidance, and results for Christ-centered education efforts across the region.
•Coordinate training and curricula to align training events with CCE KPIs, and ensure continuous improvement using data.
•Meet regularly with Program Leads to guide CCE work, review performance reports, and support achievement of country-office KPIs.
•Consolidate and analyze schools’ CCE needs using SSA and other qualitative/quantitative data, and translate insights into regional priorities.
•Communicate the CCE strategy through written/video materials and support reporting of key metrics for training, curriculum, and impact initiatives.

Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in education, accounting/finance, computer science, or related field (master’s strongly preferred).
•8–10+ years of experience in education and/or international/community/youth development.
•Significant experience leading teams and experience in education sector as administrator, educator, or consultant.
•Experience designing programs and budgets, and managing data in Salesforce.
•Fluency in English and strong written communication skills, including writing reports and proposals; strong presentation/design capability.
