Job Summary

Lead a global team of content professionals to create, maintain, and optimize high-quality e-learning for Amadeus products and customer training. Own the full e-learning content lifecycle, ensuring CLS governance compliance, consistent terminology, and scalable learning experiences. Drive engagement and knowledge transfer through data-driven decisions, while coordinating releases, migrations, platform upgrades, and managing priorities, risks, and dependencies across cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the e-learning content development lifecycle from requirements gathering through publication and maintenance.
•Ensure compliance with CLS governance standards, including terminology, style guides, metadata models, templates, and quality processes.
•Implement content best practices for reusability, version control, taxonomy, accessibility, and localization readiness.
•Coordinate e-learning initiatives by aligning customer requirements, running needs analyses, and curating facilitated content for role-based skill gaps.
•Oversee project planning, resource allocation, and delivery for major releases, migrations, platform upgrades, and manage priorities, risks, and dependencies.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Instructional Design, or related field (or equivalent experience).
•3+ years of management experience, including direct management of skilled resources, plus travel industry experience.
•3+ years’ experience in training and development focused on the design and development of technology-based learning is a plus.
•Background working with customer learning for enterprise solutions (e.g., Airlines, Airports, Hospitality, Payments, Travel Management).
•Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and global teams.
