•Operate mechanical tools without instruction and perform blending, filing, and shearing of sheet metal components.
•Operate forklifts, cranes, and heavy equipment as needed for fabrication and related duties.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
•1+ years of experience with TIG welding or completion of a welding program from an accredited institution.
•Ability to work all shifts, overtime, and/or weekends as needed (2nd shift roughly 2:00PM–1:00AM).
•Ability to lift at least 25 lbs unassisted and stand for extended periods (8 hours minimum).
•Ability to read and follow technical drawings and detailed work instructions.
