Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical advice and support through the project lifecycle so 1LOD teams understand the control environment for resilience, operational risk, and strategic execution risk.
  • •Explain in non-technical terms the impact of risks/issues and what changes may be needed to remain within risk appetite.
  • •Support 1LOD to ensure risk and control owners understand the effectiveness of current and projected control environments for the project.
  • •Deliver tailored expertise, review, and challenge across the lifecycle to enable deployment and operation of key mitigating controls.
  • •Lead Singapore regulator and audit engagement for resilience risk tied to the project, ensuring compliance and timely closure of self- and audit-identified actions and findings.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong experience in Banking or Financial services.
  • •Experience across Operational Risk and Resilience, including Resilience and Change Execution risk.
  • •Strong knowledge of Technology and Cyber Security, Data risk management, Third Party and Transaction Processing risk.
  • •Comprehensive understanding of the external environment including threat, regulatory, geopolitical, competitor, and technological landscapes.
  • •A BA/BS degree and a professional certificate in one or more resilience risk (RR) specialist disciplines is an advantage.
