Job Summary

Build AI-native systems for an AI Neobank app, turning manual workflows into scalable, production-grade experiences. You’ll create AI-powered assistants, agents, and automation across customer support, CRM, onboarding, claims, renewals, payments, and internal tools. Partner with product and engineering teams to integrate LLMs with data, APIs, documents, and knowledge bases, while designing evaluation, monitoring, and reliable fallback flows.

Key Responsibilities

•Build AI-powered workflows, assistants, agents, and automation systems.
•Apply AI across customer support, CRM, onboarding, claims, renewals, payments, operations, and internal tools.
•Work with product and engineering teams to convert manual processes into scalable AI-native systems.
•Create integrations with LLMs, internal data, APIs, documents, knowledge bases, and business systems.
•Design evaluation, monitoring, and fallback flows; prototype, test with users/operators, and productionize what works.

Key Requirements

•Strong software engineering foundation, preferably with Python and backend systems.
•Hands-on experience building with LLM APIs, agents, RAG, workflow automation, or AI tools.
•Ability to connect AI systems with real product, data, and operational workflows.
•Good judgment on when AI helps vs. when rule-based systems or human review is better.
•Understanding of evaluation, accuracy, latency, cost, privacy, and failure modes.
