Experienced Automotive Technician

Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues using specialized diagnostic tools, scan tools, and technical manuals. Perform scheduled maintenance and factory recall repairs while following dealership and OEM procedures. Document work accurately and communicate findings and additional recommendations to the Service Advisor and customer. Collaborate with technicians, the parts team, and service advisors in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, while continuously improving through ongoing training and certifications.
